Being alive is an opportunity to impact humanity, says Chukwunwike as Pastor Ogbolu is laid to rest
he Executive Chairman of Aniocha South Local Government Area, Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunwike, on Friday paid condolence visit to the family of late Onyema Ogbolu at Ubulu-Uku.
Onyema, who was a resident pastor in one the new generation churches in Asaba died at age 68.
His remains were laid to rest on Friday at his residence at Idumu Osigbudu Quarters, Ubulu-Uku.
Represented by his Special Assistant, Mr. John Odiaka in company of Councilors from various communities, Chukwunwike said that life is meaningless without a purpose.
According to him, people cry when someone dies because they understand that most times it is practically difficult to fill the vacuum left by the demise of a loved one.
He noted that being alive is an opportunity to impact humanity in ways that fit into ‘doing good things with great passion’.
“We are here to pay our condolence on behalf of Aniocha South Local Government Area, the Executive Chairman, Hon. Jude Chukwunwike, a son of the soil. He would have loved to come with us if not for his busy schedule”, Odiaka said.
