(Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, has condoled with the Duku royal family and the Effurun-Otor Kingdom on the passing of their monarch, King Duku II, the Orovworere of Effurun-Otor. Delta Government on Monday said contrary to the misinformation being peddled by the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, it was not seeking fresh N100 billion loan as being alleged.
