Oborevwori orders intervention in erosion-ridden Umeh Road
Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State has directed the State Ministry of Works to study and urgently effect repair works on the erosion plagued Umeh Road in Isoko South Local Government Area of the state. The 7.1km Umeh Road and bridge being threatened by erosion was built and inaugurated by the Emmanuel Uduaghan administration in 2015 to link the community to the East-West Road and by extension, other parts of the state. The Chief Press Secretary to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State, Sir Festus Ahon, has alerted the public on the activities of fraudsters who registered telephone numbers in his name and that of the Chief of Staff, Hon. Johnson Erijo with the purpose of defrauding unsuspecting members of the public.
