Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has scaled up the direct beneficiaries of Delta COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (D-CARES) Programme from from 36,353 to 110,841.This depicts an increase of approximately 205 per cent on the initial figure of 36,353 beneficiaries.
