Oborevwori congratulates Obaseki at 67

 

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated his Edo counterpart, Mr Godwin Obaseki, on his 67th birth anniversary on July 1.

The governor, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, in Asaba, praised Obaseki for his brilliant and exceptional achievements in Edo.

He remarked that Obaseki had significantly improved governance in the state through innovation, adding history would be kind to him for his many outstanding contributions and achievements.

Oborevwori said that the governor had shown unwavering patriotism and unceasing commitment to his state and the country and prayed to God for long life, good health, and wisdom to continue to govern his people.

He complimented the governor on his efforts to revitalise education in his state by implementing “EDOBEST” successfully, pointing out that Nigerians and residents of the state are closely following his accomplishments.

“I congratulate you, my dear brother Governor, on your outstanding achievements in the development of your state. I am confident that these will help you conclude your term with great successes and persuade the people of the state to restore the PDP to power in Government House.

“It is noteworthy, that you are enhancing educational resources for the Edo people as well as completing your flagship project, EDOBEST.

“I thank you for all of the infrastructure developments and job creation initiatives that have enabled many Edo youngsters to become successful entrepreneurs through grants.

“On behalf of my family, the government and people of Delta, I heartily rejoice with my brother governor, an outstanding professional and seasoned administrator, Mr Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki, on his 67th birth anniversary.

“It is my prayer and that of the government and people of Delta State that God will continue to bless you with robust health and wisdom to serve God and humanity even as you finish strongly,” Oborevwori said.
