The leadership of the non-indigenes community in Delta State have distanced themselves from the 10-day nationwide protests billed for August 1 across the country. The non-indigenes comprising of Hausa/Fulani, Yoruba, Ibo, Idoma, Tiv, Edo and others, said after a careful review of the planned protest, directed its members not to embark on the proposed protest as it would worsen the nation’s economy like the #ENDSARS protests.
