Delta EXCO Approves N714.4 Billion Proposed Budget For 2024 Delta State Executive Council, (EXCO), meeting presided over by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, on Wednesday, approved a proposed budget of N714.4 billion for the 2024 fiscal year.
