Cyril Odutemu, has called on all Deltans, both at home and diaspora, to queue behind Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to develop the State. The cleric made the call on Sunday while dedicating the Chapel of Grace & Mercy, built and furnished by the Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Council, Hon.
