Delta State Commissioner for Health, Dr Joseph Onojaeme has assured prospective Nursing students that admission into the State Colleges of Nursing Sciences would be merit based. The Commissioner gave the assurance in a statement at the weekend cautioning prospective Nursing students to guard against cutting corners as admissions into the schools were merit based.
