Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, has described the books unveiled by Cecilia Ibru as books that serve not only as records of her legacy but also as a blueprint for leadership, vision, and service. Governor Oborevwori stated this on Saturday during the launching of Dr. (Mrs) Cecilia Ibru Books, Titled; Cecilia: An Autobiography and Oceanic Odyssey, at Shell Hall Onikan Lagos State.
